Pawborhood is for dog owners, Pack Pros, merchants, ambassadors, and neighborhood operators who want a safer local dog community. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
You may not misuse the app, scrape private data, impersonate others, harass community members, bypass privacy controls, or use Pawborhood for illegal, unsafe, or deceptive activity.
Some features may remain in beta, local-demo, or review-only mode until providers, payments, moderation, and production infrastructure are fully configured.
Pawborhood is not directed to children under 13. People under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information.
You must be old enough under applicable law to create an account and must be at least 18 to request paid care, act as a Pack Pro, operate a merchant account, manage payouts, or accept legal or payment terms.
If you use Pawborhood for a household, organization, Pack Pro business, merchant, or ambassador role, you represent that you have authority to provide the relevant information and accept the role responsibilities.
You own the content you submit, but you give Pawborhood permission to host, display, moderate, and distribute it as needed to operate the app and related services.
Posts, messages, reviews, Live reports, event content, merchant offers, and profile content must follow the Community Guidelines.
We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve reports, or escalate issues when content appears unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful to dogs, people, partners, or the community.
You are responsible for photos, videos, audio, captions, support attachments, care updates, and other media you upload or authorize Pawborhood to process.
Do not upload private information, someone else's content, exact home access details, or safety-sensitive material unless it is necessary for the feature or support request.
If Pawborhood later offers AI-generated images, video, captions, or voice features, those features must be labeled and may not be used to impersonate people, mislead reviewers, fake provider proof, or create deceptive marketplace evidence.
Pickup addresses, apartment details, lockbox codes, door codes, concierge instructions, emergency contacts, veterinary notes, and dog-safety instructions are private care logistics, not public community content.
Owners and providers should share those details only through the appropriate booking, support, or private care workflow and should remove access details when they are no longer needed.
Pack Pros, merchants, ambassadors, and community members may not post private addresses, home access instructions, private contact details, or exact live locations without permission.
Pack Pros and merchants are responsible for accurate service, availability, pricing, qualification, insurance, offer, and business information. Pawborhood may gate marketplace visibility based on review, payout, safety, and availability status.
Owners are responsible for selecting appropriate services and providing accurate dog care information, safety notes, access instructions, and emergency context.
Payment status, refunds, disputes, cancellations, and payouts may depend on payment-provider rules, Pawborhood policies, and the specific booking or offer terms shown at the time of transaction.
Pawborhood may review Pack Pro identity, payout status, references, insurance or certification documents, service history, and lawful public safety or registry signals before marketplace visibility or booking requests open.
Pawborhood trust review is not a promise that a person, dog, place, booking, or service is risk-free. Users remain responsible for judgment, supervision, and choosing appropriate care.
Badges and marketplace labels should describe the proof that exists. Pawborhood should not display third-party screening badge language unless it is supported by compliant screening proof or equivalent documented legal review.
Reviews, ratings, comments, referrals, and recommendations must reflect genuine experience or clearly labeled context. Fake reviews, review manipulation, undisclosed incentives, and coordinated reputation campaigns are not allowed.
Pawborhood may moderate, remove, or limit reviews or endorsements that appear deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, paid without disclosure, or otherwise inconsistent with the Community Guidelines.
Marketplace rankings, limited-availability listings, and AI summaries may use available signals, but they are informational and do not guarantee availability, quality, safety, or outcomes.
Pawborhood may rely on providers for authentication, storage, payments, maps, email, monitoring, analytics, AI assistance, app distribution, and other infrastructure.
Your use of Stripe, app stores, maps providers, email providers, AI providers, or linked third-party sites may also be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and dispute processes.
Pawborhood is responsible for its own app and marketplace claims, but it does not control every third-party platform, map result, payment network, device permission, or operating-system setting.
Pawborhood is not a veterinary, emergency, medical, legal, insurance, or public-safety service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services, a veterinarian, building staff, or other appropriate professionals.
AI features and local suggestions are informational and may be incomplete. Users remain responsible for judgment, safety, and verifying important details.
If you install Pawborhood through an app store, your use may also be subject to that store's terms, review rules, payment rules, device permissions, and account controls.
The app may ask for mobile permissions only when a feature needs them, such as location for current place context, camera or photo access for uploads, or notifications for booking and support updates.
Pawborhood should not claim Google Play, App Store, Stripe, Pack Pro care requests, Paw Pass redemption, or native app readiness unless the relevant platform evidence exists.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts or content when needed to protect users, dogs, partners, payments, infrastructure, or legal compliance.
We may update these terms as Pawborhood evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Pawborhood.
