Safety

No harassment, threats, unsafe dog handling, or privacy violations

Commerce

Services and offers must be accurate and reviewable

Privacy

Respect Place Only, Ghost Mode, and exact-location hiding

Be accurate and local

Profiles, dog records, service listings, offers, reviews, check-ins, and events should be truthful and relevant to the Pawborhood community.

Do not impersonate another person, Pack Pro, merchant, building, organization, dog, or Pawborhood operator.

Do not post misleading availability, pricing, qualifications, credentials, safety claims, incident reports, or emergency information.

Protect people and dogs

Do not encourage unsafe dog handling, neglect, violence, threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, hate, exploitation, or intimidation.

Do not share private home access details, exact live locations, personal contact information, payment details, or sensitive dog-care information without permission.

Use Live map features responsibly. Place-only presence and Packmate context are for safer coordination, not tracking or pressuring other users.

Photos, videos, and private care details

Only share photos, videos, audio, service updates, or dog-care notes that you have the right to share.

Do not post another person's face, child, home, address, access instructions, door/lockbox codes, license plate, apartment details, veterinary information, or private care notes without appropriate permission.

Service photos and care updates should show what the owner needs to understand the care provided. They must not be used to shame, harass, fake proof, or expose a private home.

Use community tools responsibly

Feed posts, comments, messages, reviews, RSVPs, Live reports, and map signals should help neighbors make better decisions.

Reports and reviews should be based on direct experience or clearly labeled context. False reports, revenge reviews, paid or incentivized reviews without clear disclosure, spam, and coordinated manipulation are not allowed.

Blocking, hiding, and reporting are safety tools. Misusing them to harass, silence, or manipulate another user can lead to restrictions.

Objectionable content, reports, and blocking

Pawborhood does not allow objectionable content such as threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, animal cruelty, graphic violence, targeted harassment, stalking, fraud, impersonation, or instructions that put people, dogs, homes, or payments at risk.

Users should be able to report concerning posts, profiles, messages, reviews, events, offers, or service activity through support or in-app report controls where available.

Users should be able to block or limit interaction with other accounts where available. Pawborhood may filter, remove, restrict, or preserve content when needed to operate moderation, support, legal, fraud, or safety processes.

Marketplace standards

Pack Pros must provide accurate services, qualifications, pricing, availability, care boundaries, and incident information. Merchant offers must include truthful redemption terms.

Transactions should stay inside approved Pawborhood and payment-provider flows when a feature requires it. Avoid off-platform pressure, surprise fees, or misleading discounts.

Pawborhood may remove or restrict services, offers, reviews, or accounts that create safety, fraud, payment, or trust risks.

Moderation

Pawborhood can remove content, limit distribution, preserve records, restrict accounts, or escalate reports when needed to protect the community.

Moderation decisions may consider content, behavior patterns, payment risk, safety reports, legal requirements, and prior enforcement history.

If you believe a moderation action was incorrect, contact support with the account email, route, content, and reason for review.
