Include the email address on your Pawborhood account, the route or feature involved, screenshots if helpful, and a short description of what happened.
For booking, payment, or payout issues, include the booking ID, Pack Pro or merchant name, date, and the status shown in the app. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment details.
For safety reports, include the post, profile, message, place, event, or booking involved and whether immediate action is needed. If there is an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
Pawborhood should provide in-app reporting, hiding, and blocking controls across community surfaces. Until every surface is fully automated, support can receive reports through this page.
We review reports for harassment, threats, hate, spam, fraud, unsafe dog handling, impersonation, privacy violations, and other conduct that violates the Community Guidelines.
Moderation actions can include content removal, account restrictions, evidence preservation, support follow-up, or escalation to appropriate service providers.
Use privacy@pawborhood.dog for access, correction, deletion, precise-location, sensitive-data, or child-data concerns.
Use safety@pawborhood.dog for urgent abuse, harassment, doxxing, fraud, unsafe service conduct, review manipulation, or public safety concerns. Pawborhood support is not an emergency service.
Do not send full payment card numbers, government ID images, private access codes, health records, or other sensitive documents unless support specifically requests them through an approved channel.
App Store and Google Play reviewers can use support@pawborhood.dog for login, demo account, policy, data-safety, account deletion, UGC moderation, or payment-flow questions.
Reviewer notes should identify the platform, build number, test device, and route where the issue appeared.
Production review requires live backend services, accurate metadata, published contact information, and a clear account deletion path.
Support requests are triaged by severity. Safety, abuse, payment, and account-access issues should be prioritized ahead of general feedback.
Pawborhood may need to verify ownership of an account before changing private data, deleting information, or sharing account-specific details.
Some requests may require coordination with Stripe, Supabase, app stores, maps providers, email providers, or other service providers.
