Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, display name, neighborhood, and role selections so Pawborhood can authenticate users and show the right owner, Pack Pro, merchant, ambassador, or admin experience.

Dog profile information can include name, breed, age, size, energy level, sociability, vaccination status, photos, care preferences, and safety notes. This information powers matching, booking, check-ins, dog passports, and trust surfaces.

Community features may collect posts, comments, messages, reviews, RSVPs, reports, blocks, check-ins, and other activity needed to operate the neighborhood dog graph.

Location and Live Map privacy

Pawborhood is designed for privacy-safe local context. Live check-ins should be shown at venue or neighborhood precision by default, not exact home coordinates.

Park Mode, Packmates Only, and Ghost Mode are intended to control who can infer live presence. When exact location is not necessary for the feature, we use venue-level or bounded map context.

Safety and moderation workflows may retain evidence needed to investigate abuse, fraud, incidents, payment disputes, or community safety reports.

How we use data

We use data to provide core app features: authentication, onboarding, dog profiles, Live map activity, feed posts, services, bookings, payments, offers, messages, rewards, support, moderation, and account administration.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand neighborhood activity, improve ranking, detect spam, and make Pawborhood safer and more useful.

We do not sell personal information. Payment processing, authentication, maps, email, analytics, and infrastructure providers may process data as service providers for Pawborhood.

Payments and service providers

Payment and payout flows may use Stripe. Pawborhood does not store full card numbers. Stripe handles card and connected-account payment information under its own security controls.

Authentication and database services may use Supabase. Maps and places features may use Mapbox and Google Maps. Operational messages may use email or communications providers.

Provider access should be limited to what is needed to deliver the service, secure the app, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

You can update profile and dog information in the app. You can use privacy controls where available to reduce visibility of live presence.

You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy support. Account deletion instructions are available at /account-deletion.

Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, moderation history, or payment accounting.
