Account Deletion

Email privacy@pawborhood.dog from the email address on your Pawborhood account with the subject line 'Pawborhood account deletion request'.

Include your account email, display name, and whether you also want associated dog profiles, posts, messages, reviews, and local demo data removed where eligible.

If you cannot access the account email, contact support and provide enough information to verify account ownership before deletion can proceed.

Deletion is intended to remove or anonymize eligible account profile data, dog profile data, community content, preferences, and app records tied to your account.

Some public or shared content may be removed, anonymized, or retained with identifying details removed depending on the feature and legal or safety requirements.

Local browser demo data can be cleared by signing out, clearing site data, or contacting support for help with the device-specific steps.

Pawborhood may retain limited records when necessary for payment accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, tax or legal compliance, safety investigations, moderation history, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.

Stripe, Supabase, app stores, maps providers, email providers, and other service providers may retain data under their own legal and operational requirements.

Retained records should be limited to the purpose that requires retention and should not be used to restore an active account without your request.

Requests are reviewed after account ownership is verified. Pawborhood should confirm receipt, complete eligible deletion, or explain any retained categories.

If a booking, payment, safety report, or moderation case is still open, deletion may be delayed or partially completed until the issue is resolved.

After deletion, some features, bookings, messages, rewards, dog passports, Packmate relationships, and marketplace records may no longer be recoverable.
